Saraswat Samaj UK is pleased to announce its second CARROM TOURNAMENT on
13th September 2003 at the Hendon Methodist Church Hall, The Burroughs,
Hendon, NW4 4EH. Our first such tournament held in May, 2002 was a
resounding success and in response to demands from our membership we are
staging this tournament second year in a row.
So let's get organised..
· Please fill up the attached form and email it or post it to me
(Address: Please check Members List).
· If you have a carrom board, please let me know the size (i.e. full
size or medium) and if you can spare it for the tournament.
· Please do reply to me before August 30st, 2003 (Saturday). The faster
you respond, the more time we will have to organise it. The draws will be
held on August 31st, 2003 (Sunday).
· Your suggestions which are most welcome.
There will be a nominal entry fee per head (£ 4 per participant which will
include snacks and refreshments and the cost of consumables Non participants
who only take snacks and refreshments will be charged £ 2 per head). There is
ample (free) parking available in front of the Hall. The tournament is being
held between 12 PM and 6PM so please plan your day on that basis. You can pay
the entry fee on the day of the tournament. by Cash or Cheque. Please indicate
clearly on the form the number of non participants so that the organisers can
plan for Food accordingly.
