5:15 pm - 7:45 pm ....... saMsĖtI saMQyaa ( A Cultural Fusion )- See Note 1
7:45 pm - 9:15 pm ....... Dinner
9:15 pm - 9:30 pm ....... Raffle & Prize Distribution - See Note 2
9:30 pm - 10:30 pm ..... Dandiya and Disco - See Note 3
10:30 pm - .................... Good byes

Note 1: The theme of the show is to portray the Cultural Fusion between the East and the West.
Its main components will be:
1. Playing of Musical Instruments
2. Singing
3. Dance
4. Fashion show
5. Skit
6. Grand Finale of the East & West Cultural Fusion

All age groups - young and not-so-young - are invited to participate in this all encompassing theme. We would like to make our showcase event of the year an unqualified success but that will be possible only with your wholehearted support.

Note 2: The net amount from the Raffle will be donated 50% each to two Charities: KSA
Scholarship Fund and S G S Sabha, Chennai.
